Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking an Executive Admissions Representative to interface with prospective students and advocate for them through the admissions process. You will work to meet minimum activity standards, develop action plans, and coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to ensure high service levels for students.

The role requires using multiple contact methods to identify prospects, build rapport, and maintain enrollment cycle contact. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and good written communication.
• Persistent, positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Ability to use school systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospective students to support the decision to attend school.
• Meet monthly activity minimums per the Admissions Benchmark policy.
• Develop action plans to meet qualitative performance standards.
• Assist prospective students through admissions in compliance with policies.
• Use phone, in-person interviews, chat, text, and email to identify prospects.
• Develop rapport and maintain contact through enrollment cycle.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid and Academics to deliver high service levels.
• Provide quality service to Veterans, Agencies, and facilitate events.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
