Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a Work Study Student Worker to support admissions operations and social media activities. The role includes data entry, document management, campus tour coordination, and creating content for social channels, in collaboration with the Admissions Communications Manager.

Work hours are flexible to accommodate student schedules, with opportunities to attend events and assist with outreach to prospective students.

Qualifications

An OHSU undergraduate student with at least 6 credit hours.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, email, and basic internet tools.

Responsibilities

Support admissions data entry, document management, and student records.
Provide customer service via email, phone, and in person about admissions processes.
Coordinate campus tours and information sessions for prospective students.
Assist in preparing admissions packets and materials.
Maintain admissions files and databases.
Support recruitment events like open houses and orientations.
Create and curate social media content for the school's channels.
Draft posts and plan content with the Admissions Communications Manager.
