Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University seeks a student helper to support Admissions and Communications. You will assist with data entry, manage application documents, answer inquiries, and help organize campus tours and info sessions.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled in an OHSU undergraduate program (minimum 6 credit hours).
Computer and software experience including MS Word, Excel, email, web-site search tools and internet skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with admissions data entry, manage documents and maintain student records.
Provide customer service via email, phone, and in-person to inquiries about admissions processes.
Coordinate campus tours and information sessions for prospective students.
Assist in preparing admissions packets and materials; maintain admissions files and databases.
Support Admissions team during recruitment events such as open houses and orientations.
Create and manage social media content and maintain content calendar with Admissions Communications Manager.
Represent the student experience at events and activities; may work evenings or weekends.
