Oregon State University seeks a part-time Work Study Student for the Animal and Rangeland Sciences Main Office. The role supports basic office tasks, handles phones, filing, scanning, and manuscript assistance, and contributes to a welcoming on-campus environment.

You will help update content on the AnRS website, capture photos and videos of animals and farming units for multimedia use, and assist the undergraduate advisor and program specialist with daily duties and document preparation.

Qualifications

• Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university.
• Maintain academic standing and meet enrollment standards.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.

Responsabilités

• Assist with answering phones, filing, scanning, copying and manuscript support.
• Update AnRS website content and manage digital signage.
• Photograph and video AnRS animals, farming units, students and faculty for multimedia use.
• Provide general clerical support and greet visitors.
