Unitek EMT is seeking an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students from interest to enrollment in nursing and allied health programs. You will conduct in-person or virtual interviews, present program options, and document all admissions activity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who've expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.]

Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health

What you’ll do:

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
