Job summary

Unitek EMT in Murray, UT is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment on our campus. You will present program options and outcomes, conduct in-person or virtual interviews, and manage follow-ups to collect admissions documents.

The role demands a high-volume outreach mindset, strong consultative selling skills, and precise documentation in Nexus/CampusVue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100-150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health

What you'll do:
