Unitek Learning seeks a Senior Admissions Representative to join our team in Albuquerque, assisting prospective students for nursing and allied health programs. You will conduct a high-volume outreach, present options, and guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment.

Responsibilities include 100–150 outbound calls daily, in-person or virtual interviews, and meticulous documentation in Nexus/CampusVue. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong presentation skills preferred.

• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest and schedule interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting options and outcomes.

Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents. Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue. Who you are:Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare. Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up. Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path. Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus). Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred. • At least 1 year of For Profit Admissions Experience is required
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
