Job summary

Unitek College in Idaho Falls is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing and Allied Health to guide prospective students from interest to enrollment. You’ll conduct interviews, present program options, and help applicants navigate admissions steps.

You’ll manage high-volume outreach, document all contacts in Nexus/CampusVue, and collaborate with campus teams to support student success and growth within the healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with CRM or student information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest and schedule interviews.
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options and outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and collect admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Position: Admissions Representative — Nursing & Allied Health

What you’ll do:

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.

Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.

Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.

Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.

Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Who you are:

Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.

Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.

Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
