Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to guide prospective students from initial interest to enrollment. You will conduct interviews, present program options, and help applicants complete required documents in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, CRM usage, and strong communication with hospitals and community partners to build a robust pipeline of future healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) years: minimum of customer service, telemarketing, or sales required.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

• Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
