Job summary

Unitek College in Albuquerque seeks a Senior Admissions Representative to connect prospective students with nursing and allied health programs, and travel to workforce development sites to guide interest to enrollment.

You will conduct outbound calls, schedule admissions interviews, and perform consultative interviews in person or virtually. Document all contacts in Nexus/CampusVue and uphold professional, mission-driven communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of For Profit Admissions Experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

We are looking for a Senior Admissions Representative to join our team. Must live in Albuqerque area to travel to workforce development sites. Help Future Nurses Find Their Purpose - Healthcare needs you!

What you’ll do:

Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
