Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft, ImageNow, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email.
• Maintain confidentiality of student inquiries and records.
• Commitment to an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Plan, organize and manage work with high accuracy.
• Assess situations critically and adapt to changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create new student records for undergraduate populations (freshman, transfer, re-entry, international).
• Evaluate and interpret PeopleSoft query results.
• Develop and implement record-building processes for efficiency and policy changes.
• Assist in processing daily USPS-delivered application materials (opening, sorting, labeling).
• Maintain digital file systems and records.
• Provide back-up for reception and other duties as assigned.
• Serve as a primary contact for information via phone, in person, and other channels.
• Schedule logistics for meetings, travel, and unit operations.
• Maintain methods and systems for electronic/physical records per policies.
• Prepare and audit complex records and edit documents.
