University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking an Application Review Specialist to join the Admissions team in an in-person, full-time capacity. The role focuses on creating undergraduate records, evaluating data from PeopleSoft, and improving record-building processes to support timely student service.

The position reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions and requires strong organizational skills, data accuracy, and confidentiality of student information.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required and proficiency with standard office tech.
• Experience using PeopleSoft, ImageNow, CRM, and MS Office is essential.
• Maintain confidentiality of student inquiries and records.
• Ability to stay accurate and detail oriented in a fast pace environment.

Responsabilités

• Create new student records for undergraduate populations.
• Evaluate PeopleSoft query results and interpret data.
• Develop and implement record-building processes for efficiency and policy changes.
• Assist with processing daily mail when needed.
• Maintain digital files and back up reception duties.
