The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh is seeking an Application Review Specialist to support the admissions team by creating and maintaining undergraduate applicant records, interpreting data from PeopleSoft, and ensuring accurate file handling in a fast-paced office.
This full-time, in-person position collaborates with staff across departments, handles daily mail processing, and maintains confidential student information while delivering timely customer service. Monday–Friday, 40 hours.

The New Student Application and Records Coordinator position collaborates with the admissions application processing team in the preparation of nearly 18,000 application records annually in an office environment that emphasizes timely customer service. There is frequent collaboration and contact with University staff, academic staff, faculty, and administrators. Currently, this position reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), in-person position that is Monday through Friday.
