The University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh is seeking an Application Review Specialist to support the admissions team by creating and maintaining undergraduate applicant records, interpreting data from PeopleSoft, and ensuring accurate file handling in a fast-paced office.

This full-time, in-person position collaborates with staff across departments, handles daily mail processing, and maintains confidential student information while delivering timely customer service. Monday–Friday, 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft, ImageNow, CRM systems, MS Office, and email.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student inquiries, correspondence and records.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and applications.

Responsabilités

• Create new student records for undergraduate populations (freshman, transfer, re-entry, international).
• Evaluate and interpret PeopleSoft query results.
• Develop and implement record-building processes for efficiency and policy changes.
• Assist in processing daily USPS-delivered applications (opening, sorting, labeling).
• Maintain digital/file records with proper governance.
• Provide back-up for reception and other duties as assigned.
• Serve as primary contact for individuals and groups via phone/in person.
• Schedule logistics for meetings, travel, and unit operations.
• Maintain electronic/physical records per established policies and procedures.
• Prepare and audit complex records, edit documents, review work by others.
