Zusammenfassung

IntelliBee is seeking an Applications Processing Support specialist to provide administrative support for graduate admissions processing. You will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant review and maintenance of applicant data across university systems.

You will serve as the primary contact for applicants, manage workflows in Banner, TargetX, and CAS, and verify transcripts, English proficiency, and FERPA compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise systems.
• Experience working with databases in a professional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with three years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Monitor admissions email and manage applicant data across university systems.
• Perform data entry and maintain records in Banner, TargetX, and CAS.
• Review transcripts, recalculate GPA, and verify English proficiency and international requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Process applications and supporting materials, follow up on missing items, and ensure FERPA compliance.
