Job summary

You will also staff regional awareness events and track outreach metrics in CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and a positive candidate experience across a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field required.
• 2-3 years of related work experience preferred; 1-2 years in a university or college setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students via inbound/outbound inquiries.
• Educate prospective students about programs, requirements, and timelines; escalate complex questions to Admissions leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and admissions systems.
• Represent the institution at recruitment events and regional outreach activities.
• Translate inquiries into meaningful application start outcomes and monitor outreach progress.
