Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively—locally and nationally.
• Ability to represent the University professionally and tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills with students, families, educators, and colleagues.
• Proficiency with standard office and CRM systems; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent UATX at high schools, college fairs, conferences, and events across Texas and nationwide.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective students, parents, counselors, and educators.
• Establish relationships with high school counselors, administrators, teachers, and partners.
• Identify schools and communities suited to UATX and manage recruitment territories.
• Engage prospective students and families with guidance throughout the admissions process.
• Support communications, registration, logistics, and on-site execution of special programs and events.
