Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service and advising students.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases/CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsabilités

• Advise prospective students, applicants, admitted students, and families throughout the enrollment process; provide guidance and connect with university resources.
• Plan and evaluate recruitment activities using territory data and program priorities; travel frequently within the territory.
• Present information about undergraduate opportunities and admissions processes; tailor outreach to different audiences.
• Build relationships with schools, districts, and community partners; communicate feedback to program coordinators.
• Promote admission pathways and participate in pathway outreach and transition activities.
• Maintain records of student interactions and outcomes in Slate; assist with scholarship review as assigned.
• Perform other related functions as needed.
