Based in Dallas, the position requires frequent travel in the assigned territory, strong presentation and advising skills, and a customer-service mindset. A Bachelor's degree is required; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and families through the admission process.
• Respond to questions via phone, email, virtual engagements, and in-person meetings.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate recruitment activities using territory data.
• Represent UT Austin at high school, community college, and recruitment events.
• Support orientation, pathways, and pipeline programs as assigned.
• Travel frequently within the territory and drive as needed.
• Present accurate information about admissions and pathways to students and families.
• Build relationships with schools, alumni, and partner organizations.
• Maintain records of student interactions and outcomes in Slate.
• Review applications and meet productivity and confidentiality expectations.
