Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience providing customer service and advising or counseling students.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations to varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, deadlines, and travel commitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, customer databases, or CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet university driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students, applicants, admitted students, and families throughout the college-selection, admission, and enrollment process.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate recruitment activities using territory data and institutional priorities.
• Represent the university at high school, community college, regional, and on-campus recruitment programs.
• Travel frequently within the territory and operate a vehicle as needed.
• Present clear information about undergraduate programs, admissions, and enrollment processes.
• Build relationships with schools, districts, and community partners and coordinate with campus units.
• Maintain records of student interactions and outcomes in Slate and participate in scholarship reviews.
