Job summary

Leadership In Flight Training Academy seeks a student intern to support Talent Acquisition activities at our Indianapolis Headquarters. You will assist with outreach events, conduct tours for prospective students and Republic Airways employees, and help gather data as requested.

This internship requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR/Marketing/Business, a 3.0 GPA, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work both independently and with others.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
• Strong analytical skill
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Proficient communication and presentation skills
• Adequate event planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Responsibilities

• Attend various outreach and recruitment events
• Provide quality tours of the facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees
• Gather data and other information as requested
• Present company specific information to internal and external groups
• Coordinate all Intern onsite and offsite events and events for various groups throughout the Company
• Opportunity to observe the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition
• Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s application
• Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required
