Republic Airways seeks a driven intern in Human Resources to support Talent Acquisition initiatives at our Indianapolis headquarters. You will participate in outreach events, provide facility tours to students and staff, and gather data to inform recruiting decisions.

The role offers exposure to interview processes, data presentation, and cross-functional collaboration with recruiters. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
• Strong analytical skill
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Proficient communication and presentation skills
• Adequate event planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Responsibilities

• Attend various outreach and recruitment events
• Provide quality tours of the facilities to prospective students and Republic Airways employees
• Gather data and other information as requested
• Present company information to internal and external groups
• Coordinate all Intern onsite and offsite events and events for various groups throughout the Company
• Opportunity to observe the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition
• Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate’s application
• Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required
