Job summary

CNS TRAINING CENTER LLC in Lititz, PA seeks a proactive Admissions & Operations Supervisor to lead the front door of the Driver Training Center. You’ll own admissions, scheduling, CRM, and QuickBooks while staying hands-on with calls and events. You’ll coach the Admissions & Operations Coordinator and contribute to the center's growth.

You’ll sit with DTC leadership, drive enrollment goals, and ensure a warm, professional experience for students and partners in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Comfort on the phone to learn needs and guide inquiries.
• Proficiency with MS Teams/Slack, email, CRM and shared docs.
• Detail-oriented with numbers and financial records.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or coach others in a team setting.
• Post-secondary training or relevant experience working in teams.
• Ability to work fully in an office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead Admissions & Operations Coordinator and oversee daily workflow.
• Manage admissions, scheduling, CRM, events, and QuickBooks bookkeeping.
• Collaborate with DTC leadership and provide frontline feedback.
• Ensure warm, confident calls and outstanding customer service.
• Oversee CRM follow-up, lead conversion, and enrollment tracking.
• Coordinate vehicle scheduling and instructor communications.
• Handle billing workflows and financial records for the center.
