You will work with a Senior Admissions Director and regional leadership to master the art of healthcare sales, census management, and patient experience, coordinating Move-In Day and ensuring a smooth patient transition.

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare admissions, sales, or leadership development.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on center business needs, including admissions activity.
• Must meet health screening requirements as required by state law and company policy.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Master the art of healthcare sales, census management, and patient experience.
• Coordinate the 'Move-In Day' experience and ensure patient rooms are ready.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and social workers to be the first choice for care.
• Utilize PCC core operating system to track data and analyze trends.
