Job summary

CNS Driver Training Center in Lititz, PA, is hiring an Admissions & Operations Coordinator for our in-office Driver Training Center. You will be the first voice callers hear, manage leads, and schedule students into vehicles and time blocks.

You’ll support DTC events, bookkeeping in QuickBooks, and coordination with center leadership. The role blends admissions, customer service, and hands-on operations with a focus on accurate CRM records and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Comfort talking on the phone and asking questions to learn needs.
• Comfort with MS Teams/Slack, email, a CRM, and shared documents (Google Docs and/or MS Cloud).
• Comfort with numbers and attention to detail.
• Post‑secondary training/experience demonstrating teamwork and goal achievement.
• Ability to work fully in our office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Admissions & Customer Service: Answer calls with warmth and confidence, stay knowledgeable about DTC programs.
• Sales & CRM: Daily CRM follow-up, maintain records, drive leads to enrollment, support revenue goals.
• Scheduling & Operations: Schedule student enrollment into vehicles and time blocks; coordinate with instructors.
• Bookkeeping: Support QuickBooks bookkeeping, track student payments, reconcile accounts.
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication between DTC leadership and CNS team, assist where needed.
