Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary (Exempt)

Join our team at CNS, where we help companies across a wide range of industries—transportation, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more—stay safe, compliant, and profitable. CNS is a leader in our field, offering a comprehensive range of services to clients while providing an environment where our team members are excited to work, learn, and grow in their careers. We play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate the complexities of compliance and safety regulations, keeping them on the path to success. Together, we do this by living our values: lasting relationships, professionalism, integrity, client-focused decisions, and servant leadership.
Our team works diligently to understand each client’s unique needs, offering tailored, proactive solutions. Whether we’re supporting fleet companies or individual owner/operators, we’re committed to ensuring compliance and providing a best-in-class experience that meets both current and future needs. CNS is known for its personal touch and a culture of care that delivers real results.
We’re looking for an Admissions & Operations Coordinator to be the front door of our Driver Training Center (DTC). Interest in our CDL programs—Class A, Class B, Hot Shot, and permit prep—is growing fast, and you’ll be the first voice callers hear and the person who keeps leads moving toward enrollment. This role blends admissions and customer service with hands‑on operations: you’ll schedule students into vehicles and time blocks, support DTC events, and keep our books current in QuickBooks. You’ll work closely with DTC leadership and connect the center to the wider CNS team, so the work is varied and moves fast. This is an in‑office role—our students, instructors, and trucks are here, and the best service happens in person.
No trucking background? No problem. We’re far more interested in people who are eager to serve others and willing to learn. Experience is a plus, not a gate.
Research has shown that individuals may be less likely to apply for positions if they do not see themselves reflected in the job description. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply and assure you that all applications will be considered fairly and without bias. If your "gut" tells you that you might be our fit, please consider applying!
