Job summary

CDL Schools LLC is seeking an Admissions/Class Coordinator to guide students through enrollment, track attendance and progress, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will manage questions about funding, schedule training and enrollment events, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

You will work closely with the Admissions team to verify documents, communicate milestones, and support students from enrollment to graduation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must maintain accurate enrollment and student records.
• Coordinate scheduling and attendance milestones with Admissions.
• Assist students with training-related issues and funding questions.

Responsibilities

• Clearly define and convey training schedules and attendance expectations to students.
• Monitor student progress and follow up on attendance and milestones.
• Explain state and local regulations to students as needed.
• Resolve student inquiries about training, attendance, and scheduling.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy, including work and license history.
• Reach out to applicants who do not advance and re-engage them in the process.
• Prepare post-cohort evaluations and communicate results to leadership.
