Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum two years admission experience in Substance Abuse, Addictions and/or Mental Health environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and familiar with EMR software (KIPU).
• Strong customer/client focus and teamwork orientation.
• Ethical conduct and flexibility; confidentiality essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond promptly to calls from referral sources or potential patients and assess needs.
• Record outcomes and perform follow-up calls as needed.
• Obtain information for inclusion/exclusion criteria and insurance details for benefits verification.
• Present clinical information to Admissions Manager or Shift Lead and document in Salesforce.
• Coordinate transportation and communicate with Admissions Manager; adhere to policies and procedures.
