Job summary

The Pavilion at Piketon is hiring an Admissions and Marketing Manager to lead external sales initiatives, build referral partnerships, and drive census growth while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and communicating the facility’s services to prospective residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or an unencumbered nursing license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license in the state.
• Minimum 3 years with census development and occupancy management in a nursing home or related facility.
• Knowledge of nursing/medical practices and long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements an external sales strategy to achieve census goals while complying with laws.
• Builds relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospice.
• Communicates services and offerings of the facility clearly.
• Submits monthly calendars and reports to supervisor showing census strategy execution.
• Converts referrals to admissions through a defined sales process.
• Schedules events with referral partners and reports outcomes to Administrator.
• Maintains the geographic territory and seeks additional partnerships.
• Keeps strategy updated and shares with Administrator weekly/monthly.
