Job summary

The Pavilion at Piketon for Nursing and Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations, ensuring compliant, high-quality resident care and efficient facility performance.

The Administrator partners with the Director of Nursing and departmental leaders to monitor metrics, drive census and occupancy, manage fiscal health, and uphold regulations while representing the facility to residents, families and the broader community.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator license in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in health administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
• Knowledgeable of long-term care regulations, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develops, organizes, implements, evaluates and directs overall facility operations.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators with department heads.
• Develop census/occupancy strategies to improve fiscal health.
• Lead management team meetings and communicate with residents, families and staff.
• Represent the facility publicly and convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
