Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of census development and occupancy management experience in a nursing home or related health care facility.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an external sales strategy to meet census goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Builds relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospices).
• Provides clear information about services and offerings of the facility.
• Maintains a current list of referral partners and territories; reports results weekly to the Administrator.
