Job summary

The Pavilion in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Admissions and Marketing Director. This full‑time role leads external sales strategies to grow census and occupancy, while ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

You will develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospice and other referral sources, guiding them to admissions and sharing the facility's services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or an unencumbered nursing license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Minimum 3 years in census development and occupancy management in a care facility.
• Knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement external sales strategy to meet census goals.
• Develop relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health, hospice).
• Communicate facility services clearly to referrals.
• Submit monthly activity calendars and report results.
• Convert referrals to admissions and manage territory.
• Coordinate events with referral sources and report outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date referral partner listings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
