Job summary

Boston College invites applications for an Assistant/Senior Assistant/Associate Director in Undergraduate Admission. This full-time role focuses on enrolling competitive incoming classes and engaging a broad range of backgrounds and talents.

You will manage recruitment territory, review thousands of applications, host information sessions, and help plan events to support the admissions cycle. Responsibilities include outreach to high schools, families, and alumni; coordinating with staff; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of admission experience or comparable work in higher education preferred.
• Ability to represent Boston College to prospective students, families and counselors.
• Excellent time management and communication skills, including public speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory through outreach to high schools and alumni.
• Review approximately 1,800–1,900 first-year applications annually.
• Conduct information sessions on- and off-campus for prospective students.
• Plan events and coordinate communications for various recruitment programs.
• Collaborate with teams and mentors, supporting multiple admission duties as assigned.
• Utilize Slate CRM for recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Attend evening events and professional conferences as needed.
