Job summary

You will collect and assist with admissions documents to meet compliance standards and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Responsibilities include outbound/inbound calls, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate learner records, and providing daily activity

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of admissions experience at an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) or quick learner.
• Experience with CRM and SIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with FERPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inquiries to set appointments.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process and collect required documents.
• Maintain learner records in the LMS and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide daily activity reports to the supervisor.
• Collaborate across functions to support enrollment goals.
• Participate in admissions meetings and trainings.
