Job summary

Nightingale Education Sole Mb seeks an Advisor I, Admissions in Salt Lake City, UT, tasked with the recruitment and enrollment of new learners. As the first point of contact, this role provides exceptional customer service while assisting applicants through the admissions process.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and preferably a Bachelor’s Degree, alongside two years of admissions experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High school or general equivalent is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience in customer service or sales in lieu of education.
• Demonstrated a minimum of two years of experience in admissions at an accredited institution for post-secondary education.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint or ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound calls to set appointments.
• Collect and assist with required admissions documents.
• Update and maintain learner records in the learner management system.
