Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an Admissions Advisor to oversee the student admission process and counsel prospective nursing students through to enrollment. You will work autonomously in-office and collaboratively with a team to promote student success and institutional enrollment growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CRM experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree required.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Clear communication skills across in-person, written, and phone.
• Self-motivated to learn & implement.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy when coaching students.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the student admission process and guide prospective students from information to first day of class.
• Provide counseling and support to prospective students to promote enrollment.
• Communicate with team, leadership, and university partners.
• Manage phone calls, emails, meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.
