Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an Admissions Advisor to oversee the student admission process and guide nursing students from information requests through first day of class. The role emphasizes empathy, proactive outreach, and strong communication in a collaborative team environment.

You will work autonomously in-office with a focus on timely, organized tasks and effective use of CRM tools to drive enrollment and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Able to work autonomously or in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating in-person, on the phone, and by email.
• Experience in customer service, consultative sales, or account management.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Handle calls, emails, meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions efficiently.
