Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in sales, admissions, recruiting, or a measurable customer-facing role.

• Sales and engagement experience with pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and convert leads through outreach and follow-up.
• Guide families from first inquiry to enrollment and contract.
• Collaborate with the Dean of Admissions, Marketing, Advancement, and faculty on enrollment strategy.
