Job summary

Providence Academy seeks a motivated self-starter and collaborative team member to join the Admissions Team as an Admissions Associate. You will drive student enrollment by guiding families from first inquiry to signed contract, using consultative sales skills aligned with the school’s mission.

Responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting tours and interviews, managing CRM records, and coordinating with departments to deliver a seamless enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in sales, admissions, recruiting, or customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and convert leads through outreach and community engagement.
• Set and track enrollment goals and report on pipeline metrics.
• Conduct tours, interviews and entrance assessments with families.
• Partner with Dean of Admissions, Marketing, Advancement, and faculty to ensure a mission-aligned experience.
