Job summary

Nashua Community College (NCC) is seeking an Admissions & Enrollment Supervisor to oversee admissions and enrollment operations. The role reports to the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs and manages the Admissions Office staff and daily functions.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or related discipline and at least two years of relevant experience in admissions or student services, with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or related discipline.
• Two (2) years' experience in admissions, academic advising, student services, or academic operations with responsibilities in program coordination, operations management, and/or staff supervision.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily functions in an admissions/enrollment setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions and enrollment operations under the AVPSA.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily functions of the Admissions Office.
• Serve as primary resource for prospective and current students on admissions, registration, financial aid, and course requirements.
• Develop and manage departmental plan, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts and information sessions to increase inquiries and enrollment.
