Job summary

Cuyahoga Community College is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Admissions and Enrollment Services at the Eastern Campus. The role directs admissions, enrollment, cashiering, and related student financial activities with a focus on accuracy and student satisfaction.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree and at least five years in higher education administration, with proven supervisory and strategic decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; significant related experience may substitute.
• Minimum of five years of experience in higher education administration, specifically in enrollment, admissions, or related student services.
• Demonstrated experience supervising, planning, assigning, scheduling and ensuring the quality of the work of others.
• Demonstrated experience effectively making decisions that impact the strategy, management and operations within a department.
• Demonstrated experience requiring diverse problem-solving methods in various situations.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of the Admission and Financial Services including the welcome center, recruiting, admissions, transitions, general financial aid, registration, and student payments with a strong commitment to student customer satisfaction, quality, and accuracy
• Supports prospect and applicant conversation efforts including campus events, campus tours, and student communications
• Manages and monitors the Admission and Financial Services to provide accurate information and excellent enrollment services to current and prospective students
• Develops the enrollment and recruitment plan for the Campus in collaboration with the vice president of enrollment management and campus leadership teams
• Supervises admissions and enrollment center financial reports including monthly financial reports dealing with account reconciliations and deposit reconciliation
• Coordinates student enrollment services with financial aid, central financial aid processing center, customer service center, and Executive Director of Enrollment Operations
