Job summary

Nashua Community College is seeking an Admissions & Enrollment Supervisor to oversee the admissions and enrollment services in Nashua. The role requires supervising staff and coordinating daily functions of the Admissions Office under the AVPSA.

You will address student inquiries, manage applications, assist with financial aid processes, and work with Banner, MS Office, and CRM tools to track recruitment and enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or related discipline; equivalency substitutions allowed.
• Two years of admissions, academic advising, or academic operations experience with program coordination and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of enrollment management processes, interviewing, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Ability to lead, train, and evaluate staff and to explain college programs to prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions office operations and services and coordinate daily functions.
• Serve as primary resource for prospective and current students on admissions, registration, and financial aid.
• Process admissions applications and support enrollment activities as needed.
• Supervise front-facing financial aid processes and stay familiar with federal policies.
• Develop and manage departmental plan and budget with AVPSA; track expenses.
• Participate in recruitment events and promote NCC to increase student inquiries and enrollment.
• Train and coach department staff to ensure professional service and performance.
• Utilize Banner, MS Office, Target X, EAB Navigate and other software to process recruitment and enrollment.
• Coordinate with businesses, community organizations, and other departments to promote offerings.
