One year of specialized experience which includes interpreting administrative and procedural guidance to provide assistance to staff and students, utilizing Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint) to create spreadsheets, statistical and demographic reports, presentations, etc.; uses various automated systems and computer applications such as, Training Management Information Systems, Identify Credential Access Management, Blackboard, etc.; gathering and compile data from various types of information to complete assignments; and establishing necessary controls to ensure compliance with governing regulations, directives, and policies. administrative and procedural guidance to provide assistance to staff regarding such as training, travel, telework, timekeeping, leave, inventory, and personnel procedures; ensuring leadership are informed of deficiencies and violations; utilizing automated systems to maintain files and records; establishing necessary controls to ensure compliance with governing regulations, directives, and policies.
