Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary initial contact for prospective students via phone, email, text, and virtual channels.
• Educate prospective students about programs, admissions requirements, and timelines, escalating complex questions to Admissions leadership.
• Represent Mass General Brigham at recruitment events and regional programs to generate prospective student interest.
• Translate initial contact into meaningful application start outcomes and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with timely, responsive communication and a welcoming admissions experience.
• Provide feedback to Admissions leadership to improve lifecycle messaging and content marketing.
