Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a motivated Admissions Director to lead the admission process, build and manage referral partnerships, and ensure exceptional service to residents and families in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in long-term care admissions or healthcare liaison roles, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• BS degree in marketing, social work, or human sciences (desirable).
• Prior sales and marketing experience.
• Proven success increasing SNF census.
• Strong relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Experience with Medicare, Managed Care, and insurance authorizations.
• Data-driven approach using referral conversion rates, occupancy trends, and length-of-stay metrics to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the admission process.
• Apply sales and marketing principles when interacting with healthcare professionals including, but not limited to hospitals, home health agencies, case managers, area nursing homes, physicians in private practice for purposes of generating referrals.
• Provide daily updates to the facility and support team
• Conduct facility tours for potential admissions
• Welcome guest and family upon admission
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
