Responsibilities

• Admissions Management: oversee full admissions process in high-volume setting and manage inquiries and paperwork.
• Relationship Building: cultivate relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, and referral sources.
• Marketing and Outreach: represent facility at events and tours to promote programs and services.
• Team Collaboration: work with department heads to ensure smooth transitions and hand-offs.
• Reporting: create weekly admissions and referrals reports and track census progress.
