The role requires a minimum of three years in healthcare, flexibility to adjust schedules for patient flow, and a focus on improving conversion rates from referrals to admissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads, referral response times of less than 15 minutes.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources in the community through regular engagement and a consistent touchpoint system.
• Lead efforts to maintain the nursing center’s website and social media engagement, aiming for strong online presence and reviews.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure smooth transition-of-care with clear patient and family communication.
• Aim for high conversion rates by improving the referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit processes.
