Job summary

AlignMed Partners in West Virginia seeks an Admissions Director to oversee the admissions cycle at our nursing center, manage referrals, and drive census and payer goals. You will respond quickly to leads, coordinate targeted marketing, and maintain a strong community presence to support resident admissions.

This role requires at least three years in healthcare, flexibility to adjust schedules, and a focus on building referral relationships, ensuring smooth transitions of care, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process, ensure timely follow-ups and census/ payer goals.
• Build relationships with referral sources and expand market share through community marketing.
• Maintain online presence and manage reputation, including improving Google ratings.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care with strong patient/family communication.
• Aim to improve conversion ratios (referral-to-admit, tour-to-admit) by defined percentages.
