Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking an Admissions Director to lead patient admissions, payer management, and referral development across our nursing centers in the West Virginia region. You will drive growth, curate community relationships, and manage brand presence while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.

The role emphasizes rapid referral response, team collaboration, and continuous improvement in admission processes to support census and payer goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring timely lead follow-up and budgeted census and payer goals.
• Develop and maintain referral source relationships with community partners to grow market share.
• Manage brand and online presence, including website and social media; strive for Google rating above 4.0 with improvements.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care with strong patient and family communication.
• Aim to improve referral-to-admit, tour-to-admit, and overall admissions conversion by targeted strategies.
