Talentify is seeking an Admissions Director in Marlinton, WV to lead the patient admissions process, manage payer relationships, and drive marketing efforts to grow census. The role focuses on timely lead follow-up, community engagement, and brand stewardship across the nursing center’s online presence.

You will build referral networks, enhance transitions of care, and aim to improve conversion rates while coordinating with care teams in a dynamic long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process to meet census and payer goals.
• Develop referral source networks and timely response workflow.
• Manage brand and online reputation, including Google rating improvement.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition-of-care processes.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversions.
